Share Fields Across Processes
You can now create Global Fields, which can be used across any workflow in your environment. Global fields are useful for lists of shared items in your organization, like business units or locations.
Create Fields Based on Users
The new User field allows you to create a select list based on active users in your instance. User fields will enable future features like advanced assignment rules and additional notification options.
Adjust the Number of Records per Page
We’ve added the ability to adjust the number of records displayed in a section, giving you the option to view more rows of data at a time.
