Use system fields in your Visual Reports
As part of several upcoming reporting features, you can now use system fields in your visual reports. These fields include record status (assigned, not assigned, in progress, and complete), created date, last checked out date, due date, current assignee, creator, user groups and users who can access the record, current step, and origin step.
To use these fields, select them from the “system fields” tab as a part of the field finder in visual reports.
Updated field drag-and-drop
We’ve made dragging and dropping fields onto the step builder easier. To drag a new field, use the new handles on the left-side of the field. To add a new field to your forms, drop it into any available area demarcated by the green boxes.
