The Step order within each Workflow can be rearranged using the Workflow Editor modal. The Step Order impacts how Steps are displayed within the Status Report and Job Editor. Furthermore, if two (2) or more Origin Steps exist within a Workflow, the Step Order will also impact how Steps are displayed within the Work Queue drop-down. 

Note: Rearranging the Step Order within the Workflow Editor Modal will not impact the order each Step is positioned within the actual Workflow.

Editing the Step order within a Workflow

  1. To begin editing the Step order within a Workflow, double click or right-click and choose "Edit" within the blank space of the Workflow to display the Workflow Editor modal.  
  2. From the Workflow Editor modal, navigate to the 'Steps' tab.

3. Within the 'Steps' tab, rearrange the Step Order to the order you wish the Steps to appear in the Status Report, Job Editor, and Work Queue drop-downs where applicable. These can be rearranged by dragging and dropping each into the desired order.

4. Once Steps are rearranged in the preferred order, save the Workflow.

The updated Step order will now appear within the Status Report, Job Editor, and Work Queue drop-downs as defined in the Step above. See the images below for examples.
