Introducing the Okta SCIM Integration
For our customers that use Okta’s identity management solutions, we are excited to announce our SCIM 2.0 integration with Okta. Using the SCIM standard, this feature allows you to automatically provision and deprovision users, sync Okta users within specified groups to default roles in LogicGate, and automatically push any user updates from Okta to LogicGate.
Contact your relationship management team today to learn how to enable the Okta SCIM integration in your LogicGate.
The Field Finder Is Now on the Left Side of Your Builder
With this release, you will find that the field finder that you use to create and add new fields to your steps has been moved to the left side of your screen. Though this layout might be a bit of a change from what you are used to, we think you’ll love it when we unveil our upcoming form-building tools in the next few months!
Your Processes are Now Applications
In an effort to align the communication we use in the platform more closely with the language our users commonly use, all processes will now be referred to as “applications” within the LogicGate platform. We hope that the adoption of commonly-used industry terminology will help cut down on any confusion. We are excited to continue to partner with you as you expand your applications in LogicGate.
Filter by Calculation Labels in Table Reports
Easily filter to one or more categories of records in your Table Reports by applying a filter to a calculation field either on the editor or on the report, and then selecting an available calculation label.
See our help article for more information on how to create and use calculation labels in your workflows.
Use Conditional Fields for More Concise Forms
Before this update, conditional rules to deactivate or hide fields could only be added to section or subsection. Now, you can attach conditions directly to your fields for more flexibility in how you design your records.
We think that this can be useful for many of your forms that have conditional help text or comment fields appear based on the value of another field. Swap out your conditional sections for conditions directly on fields to consolidate your forms and create a better end-user experience.
Review Affected Reports When You Delete a Link
When you delete a mapping between two Workflows in LogicGate, in addition to removing all relationships between records in those two Workflows, any Table Reports that rely on that relationship are also deleted. With this update, you’ll be able to see the Table Reports that will be affected before you confirm removing a mapping.
Configure whether to allow end-users to modify Groups & Users on records
Now when you choose to restrict access to records in your workflows by Groups & Users, you will be able to choose on a step-level whether your end-users can add or remove Group & Users from this list.
Do not restrict access to records with Groups & Users currently? For more information, see our help article on how to get started.
Quickly Find and Review Your Job Details
By scanning the Jobs table under your Build configuration operations, you’ll now be able to find and review Jobs based on their associated activities. This includes whether they are triggered on a condition, send a message, or have an associated operation.
