The Applications you see on the Build > Applications page are separated by Live and Draft.

These are defined as follows:

  • Live Applications: Applications that are in production. These are Applications that have end-user interactions, contain business critical data, or are running key processes for your organization. A disruption to these Applications would impact your business or operations.

  • Draft Applications: Application that are in a test, sandbox, or inactive mode.

To update an Application to Live or Draft, access the settings for application via the Edit option.

You'll see a simple toggle to switch the status of an Application. Once you do this, your page will refresh and you'll see it'll now live within its new section on the Application page.

Draft applications can easily be identified with the DRAFT watermark in your Risk Cloud environment.
