Brief recap of questions answered during Jon's Ask Me Anything on August 8, 2021
At LogicGate we strive to understand you and are thankful for your continued partnership. Your feedback and collaboration have allowed us to better understand how our product can help you and to understand where it can go. That is why we are investing in the power of community!
We recently launched Risk Crowd for this very reason. Risk Crowd is the platform that allows us to bring together our customers and staff all under one virtual roof to find new ways for us to better understand what you want and need from our platform. We believe that creating a transparent two-way dialogue for sharing information is pivotal to our relationship with you.
We decided that the occasion of our Series C funding was a perfect opportunity to provide customers with the chance to ask questions about all the upcoming platform features and functionality and get a sneak peek of our product roadmap. For our inaugural Ask Me Anything (AMA) on Risk Crowd we featured LogicGate's very own co-founder and Chief Product Officer, Jon Siegler.
Here is a brief recap of just a few of the questions customers asked.
Q: We've heard a lot about Quantitative Risk. Can you give us a sneak peek at how you think about this area?
A: This has been a big focus area over the last 12 months. Our vision is to empower our customers to make better, more informed strategic decisions backed by risk. In order to realize this vision, we believe one of the building blocks is to empower you to be able to speak to risk in the language of the rest of the business. In monetary terms instead of red, yellow‚ green.
We also believe that the most effective risk programs are holistic and interconnected and for quantified risk to be a part of your existing GRC programs.
Q: We have only recently begun implementation on some of our modules but we are already keeping the team busy logging feature requests for some minor features we have experienced in other tools. It would be great to see if/when these features are on the horizon without taking up any more of the team's time than necessary. To that end, would there be scope to show what features the team are due to be working on in the near future somewhere?
A: Our Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers pride themselves on being able to respond to customer feedback and build impactful features for our customers.
Something I'd like to call out for everyone here in case some aren't aware‚ is every customer has the ability to log a new feature request or ‚search for an existing request through the widget in the lower right hand side of the platform. There you will find a "share your feedback" option. Within that section there is a link to open our feedback portal. It should look like this:

You can click the Open in Portal link and there you will find a "What's coming?" page that will show you all of the feature requests that are planned or actively being built by our team. You can also subscribe to receive updates when status changes occur, like the feature being shipped.
We also run quarterly product webinars that highlight recently shipped and upcoming features.
I'm also happy to jump on a call with you (or any one of our customers) that might have questions about the direction of our product or where particular features fall on our roadmap.
A: It would be nice if customers had access to download from the Risk Cloud Exchange rather than having to go through the sales team. It'd save time and cycles from both the customer and sales team perspectives.
A: I couldn't agree more! Allowing our customers to install directly from the Risk Cloud Exchange has been part of our vision from the beginning. Our ultimate goal is to allow you to self-service trial our Application templates and easily launch new GRC programs. Our team is currently working on the technical infrastructure to support one-click install. We're also coming soon with an authenticated view on the Risk Cloud Exchange that will provide you with additional resources for each Application.
We hope you gained as much as we did from this brief snippet with Jon. As you can see Jon and the dev team have a lot to offer! Risk Crowd members can get the full view of Jon's Q&A by logging into Risk Crowd.
