Create Records from a Link: You can now generate a shareable link for any record-creation step and drop it into a message, wiki, or knowledge base like SharePoint. When a teammate opens the link, they are guided straight into creating the right record in just a click or two.
Saved Record Searches: Record Search now automatically remembers your recent searches. Jump back to a previous search with a single click instead of retyping it, making it faster to find the records you need.
Improvements
More Pinned Apps and a Cleaner Sidebar: You can now pin up to 20 applications for quick access, double the previous limit. The navigation sidebar no longer scrolls, and any apps that do not fit tuck neatly into the All Apps menu, keeping your workspace clean at any screen size.
Table Reports Powered Bulk Create & Link: When bulk creating and linking records, you can now use a Table Report to drive the list of selectable source records. Saved report filters are applied automatically, and you can add your own filters on the fly to zero in on exactly the records you want.
Automated Evidence Testing Across Linked Workflows: Spark AI Automated Evidence Testing can now pull and test evidence files from linked workflows. This makes it much easier to run automated control evaluations using attachments from multiple linked evidence requests, all in one streamlined process.
Table Reports in Risk Cloud Documents: Table Reports on a record page (both Embedded Table Reports and Linked Workflow Sections) now flow through to your generated Risk Cloud Documents. The related information shown on the record, like linked processes and dependencies, will now appear in your exported documents.
Job Descriptions: Jobs now include a dedicated description field for capturing notes, context, and purpose, so you no longer have to overload a job’s name with those details. This field can be updated when editing a job in Risk Cloud or through our API.
