Below you’ll find a list of suspects and code names. To add this data into your Application, you’ll first need to ensure corresponding Workflows are set up for each file.
Suspects List: Suspects Import File
Alias List: Alias Import File
1. Navigate to RCX and search for the Agility 2025 Build Bash Application. This Application contains the Suspects workflow. Install the Application to the buildbash25 environment, and rename the Application to include your team's name to keep track of your Application vs other teams. Move the Suspects Workflow into your team’s existing Application.
Optional: Once you move the Workflow into your Application, delete the now empty Application you downloaded from RCX.
2. Create a two-Step Workflow for Aliases similar to the Suspects Workflow (Add Alias Step and Repository Step). Create Fields to ensure all data from the Alias import file is captured, and add the Fields to the Step Forms in the Aliases Workflow. Update the Primary Field in the Workflow Settings to be the “Alias” Field.
3. Ensure all of your team members have edit access to all of the Workflows in your Application.
4. Establish the following Workflow Mappings:
-
- A “one-to-one” relationship mapping between the Suspects and Aliases Workflows
- Add Linked Workflow Sections to the Suspects and Aliases Workflows. Create Layouts for these Linked Workflow Sections.
- A “one-to-one” relationship mapping between the Suspects and Mission Clues Workflow.
- A “one-to-one” relationship mapping between the Aliases and Mission Clues Workflow.
- A “one-to-one” relationship mapping between the Suspects and Aliases Workflows
5. Download the two files above and navigate to the [Work] tab → Import Records to import the data to the corresponding Suspects and Aliases Workflows in your Application into the Repository Step. This will require creating new import templates that include the Fields from the two files above.
- Refresh the page and click into the Import history to verify that all records and fields were Imported correctly.
6. Create a table report for each Workflow in your team's Application to capture all data needed, and add these to a new dashboard. Make this your Home Screen Dashboard, ensuring all team members have access!
- BONUS: Are there any other table reports or visual reports you'd like to see on your Home Screen? Add them now!
Once you’ve completed the Steps above, move on to the next phase. Search the Help Center for the article "Build Bash - Alias Alignment" to get started.
