Field Updated Trigger - Step Configuration: Power users can now specify a specific Record Step for "Field Updated" job triggers, providing enhanced control over exactly when automated jobs fire within a workflow. This improvement ensures that automations only execute when relevant to a specific stage of your process, reducing unnecessary job runs and increasing precision.
Duplicate Applications with Jira Workflows: Admins can now copy, export, and import Applications that include Jira workflows without contacting LG Support. This allows Applications with Jira workflows to be duplicated without impacting the original Application. Please see Set Up Your Jira Integration for further details.
Spark AI-Autofill Record Fields with AI at Step Level: You can now use our Spark AI Autofill functionality at the Step Level! Previously, Autofill was enabled for the entire Application and all Steps. With this update, Admins can now choose which specific Steps for which they want to utilize Autofill. Third-Party Risk Management-Allow Secondary External Assignees to Submit Records/E-Sign: Maximizing your Third-Party Risk Management is now easier than ever by allowing Secondary External to submit Records or provide an E-signature. Expand All Rows in Table Report-Default Setting: You can now customize the settings for Table Reports to ensure that all rows automatically expand upon loading. This can be enabled at the Table Report level within Settings. Please see Work with Data in Table Reports for further details.
