The Application Overview Page is designed to improve findability and simplify navigation for Power Users and Builders. By consolidating key Application-specific objects into a single view, it eliminates the need to jump between multiple pages. Whether you're managing Records, Reports, Jobs, or Permission Sets, the Application Overview Page serves as a centralized navigation hub, helping users move efficiently between build and administrative tasks.

What You’ll Find on the Overview Page
Once on the Overview Page, you will see four primary tabs: Records, Reports, Jobs, Permission Sets. Each tab offers visibility and direct access to objects associated with the selected Application.
Records Tab
The Records Tab will display all Records within the selected Application that you have access to. To easily navigate a specific Record you're looking for, you can search for it in the Search bar, or filter by Workflow, Current Step (Workflow must be filtered first in order to select a Step), and Status.
Reports Tab
The Reports tab includes two toggles: Visual Reports and Table Reports. All reports with a primary workflow tied to the selected Application are displayed here, allowing users to quickly navigate to the right reports.
From this tab, Builders can also create new Reports. When doing so, only workflows within the selected Application will be available in the dropdown:
Jobs Tab
The Jobs tab displays all Jobs linked to the Application, allowing Builders to view, edit, copy, disable, or delete existing Jobs directly from this page. New Jobs can also be created here, making the Overview Page a fully functional management interface:
Permission Sets Tab
All Permission Sets within the Application are listed in this tab. You can edit, delete, or create Permission Sets without navigating away, supporting quicker access updates.
