Risk Cloud Status Definitions

An overview of the system-generated status labels in Risk Cloud 

In Risk Cloud, there are four possible system-assigned statuses that can be associated a Record. Their descriptions are as follows:

	The item is in an End Step and is not currently checked out or assigned to anyone
	The item has been assigned, but that individual has not opened the Record in the current Step
	The individual currently assigned the Record has accessed the Record in the Step at least once. They may or may not have edited the Record yet
	The item has not been assigned to anyone and has not been worked on by anyone in the current Step
