New Features: Navigation Updates
Risk Cloud's flexibility is what makes it powerful, but we heard from many of you that navigating between Applications, finding specific Records, and understanding post-submission flows could be smoother. Learn more about why and how we have addressed these navigation challenges.
Side Nav App Switcher: You can now quickly switch between your Risk Cloud Applications directly from the navigation sidebar. A new "All Apps" page lets you browse and navigate to all of your accessible applications in one convenient place, making it faster and easier to move between apps.
Record Search: You can now search for Records across all of your Risk Cloud applications from a single global search experience. This makes it significantly faster to locate the information you need without having to navigate application by application.
Submission Receipt: After clicking submit on a Record, Risk Cloud will display a receipt confirming that the record has been submitted, explaining where it is going next, and presenting the user with buttons to quickly navigate to a new location in the platform.

Databricks Risk Cloud Connector: automatically push your critical governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) data directly into your Databricks instance on a regular cadence. Whether you are feeding custom Business Intelligence (BI) backends or powering enterprise-wide reporting, this integration ensures your Risk Cloud data is always synced, accessible, and ready for advanced analysis.
LexisNexis® Bridger Insight® XG Risk Cloud Connector: seamlessly initiate and manage background searches on businesses and individuals without ever leaving your governance workflows. This integration connects directly to LexisNexis® Bridger Insight® XG, allowing you to trigger outbound searches and automatically pull critical compliance data, regulatory alerts, and entity details right back into your Risk Cloud records.
Ramp Integration: This bi-directional integration automatically creates a LogicGate risk record whenever a new vendor purchase is requested in Ramp, and securely gates spend approval until your risk and compliance teams have fully vetted the vendor in Risk Cloud. Please note, this integration if offered by Ramp and must be set up within their platform.
