Risk Cloud Home gives you one place to start your work across every application. Instead of opening into a single application and switching between applications to see what's on your plate, you log in to a page that shows everything assigned to you.
Home is available through an Early Adopter program, so we can shape it alongside the customers who use it every day. To join and get access right away, fill out this form or contact your Account Lead. Broader availability is planned for early 2027.
This article covers:

What's Included in Risk Cloud Home
- Home icon in your navigation sidebar. Click Home at any time to come back. Your environment's main URL also opens Home.
- Your to-do list. Every record assigned to you, across all of your applications, in one list. It's sorted by earliest due date by default, but you can sort by other columns.
- Record preview. Preview any record without leaving Home, using the same preview you know from Table Reports.
- Create Record. Start a new record on any origin step you have access to, without opening the right application and workflow first. Search the list or collapse sections to find what you need.
- App tabs. Filter your to-do list to one application at a time. (New in 10.0)
- Pin record creation shortcuts. Start the records you create most often in one click. (New in 10.0)
App Tabs: Filter Your To-Do List by Application
Released: 10.0
When your work spans several applications, one long list gets hard to scan. App tabs let you focus on one application at a time, and the All tab is always one click away when you want the full picture.
Using App Tabs
The tabs sit directly above your to-do list.
- Open Home. The All tab is selected and shows every record assigned to you.
- Click an application's tab to see only your records in that application.
- Click All to see everything again.
Which Applications Get a Tab
An application gets a tab when both of these are true:
- The application is pinned to your navigation sidebar.
- At least one record in that application is assigned to you.
Access alone doesn't add a tab. For example, if your sidebar has 10 applications but only 3 of them have records assigned to you, you see All plus 3 application tabs.
Tab Order and Behavior
- All is always the first tab.
- Application tabs follow the order of your navigation sidebar. To reorder your tabs, reorder your sidebar.
- If you have more tabs than fit on the screen, the rest are grouped under a More tab.
- Home always opens on the All tab. It doesn't remember the last tab you selected.
- Tabs don't show record counts.
Pinned Shortcuts: Create Your Most Common Records in One Click
Released: 10.0
If you create the same kind of record often, pin it. Pinned shortcuts sit next to the Create Record button on Home, so you can skip the search and start a new record in one click.
Shortcuts are personal. You choose your own, and your pins don't change what anyone else sees.
Pin a Shortcut
- On Home, click Create Record.
- Find the option you want to pin.
- Click the pin icon next to it.
The shortcut now appears next to Create Record.
Clicking the shortcut will open new record opens, just as if you had chosen that option from Create Record.
To remove a shortcut, open the the Create Record menu, click the pin icon next to the pinned option and the shortcut will be removed from Home immediately.
Things to Know
- You can pin up to 4 shortcuts. To add another, remove one first.
- You can only pin options you have permission to create.
- Shortcuts are set per user. Admins and builders can't set shortcuts for other users.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I turn on Home for only some of my users?
No. Home applies to the whole environment. Users who prefer to start in a specific application can bookmark its URL.
Does Home change my application home screens or dashboards?
No. Everything you've configured inside your applications stays the same.
Which records appear in my to-do list?
Records that are assigned to you and haven't reached an end step.
Why don't I see a tab for one of my applications?
An application only gets a tab when it's pinned to your navigation sidebar and at least one of its records is assigned to you. If either is missing, there's no tab.
How do I change the order of my tabs?
Reorder the applications in your navigation sidebar. Your tabs follow the same order.
Does Home remember the tab I was on?
No. Home opens on the All tab each time.
Can my team see my pinned shortcuts?
No. Shortcuts are personal to each user.
Will Home replace Work Queue or My Work?
Not at this time. My Work on each application's home page is staying, and we plan to bring it the same improvements Home is getting. We'll give you advance notice before changing anything about Work Queue.
How do I join the Early Adopter program?
Fill out the sign-up form or contact your Account Lead. You can join at any time. Early adopters get new features every few weeks and a direct line to the team building Home. In return, we ask for regular feedback and, occasionally, small configuration changes as new features arrive.
How do I give feedback?
Contact your Account Lead or Customer Success Manager. Feedback from early adopters goes directly to the team building Home.
Other Notes for Admins and Builders
- Home applies to the whole environment. Once Home is turned on, every user in your environment sees it. It can't be limited to certain users.
- Your applications don't change. Home is a new page that sits alongside what you've built. Application home screens and dashboards stay as they are.
- Users can still go straight to an application. Each application has its own URL, in the format <your-environment>.logicgate.com/app/<application ID>. You can use the application's short code in place of the ID. Users who prefer to start in a specific application can bookmark its URL.
- No setup is required. App tabs and pinned shortcuts are based on each user's assignments, sidebar, and permissions.
- Permissions don't change. Home only shows records and create options a user can already access.
