Overview
If you need to reuse a workflow from one application in another, you can replicate it by duplicating the source application and then moving the workflow to your target application.
Prerequisites
- You must have Build - Edit permissions for both the source and target applications.
Steps to replicate a workflow
- Duplicate the source application. Create a full copy of the application that contains the workflow you want to replicate. This preserves the original workflow structure.
- Move the copied workflow. From the duplicated application, move the workflow into your target application.
- Verify the workflow. Confirm the workflow appears correctly in the target application and that all configurations are intact.
- Delete the intermediate copy (optional). Once the workflow has been moved successfully, you can delete the duplicated application if it is no longer needed.
Notes
- Ensure you have Build - Edit permissions on both applications before starting.
- Deleting the intermediate copied application will not affect the workflow that was moved to the target application.
