The following web browsers are fully supported by Risk Cloud. All Application functionalities will work as intended in the latest versions of these fully supported browsers.

• Chrome (preferred)

• Safari

• Edge

• Firefox

Please note: Microsoft has announced they will be retiring Internet Explorer by the end of June 2022. In accordance with this announcement, Risk Cloud will no longer support any version of Internet Explorer as of June 15, 2022. Please refer your staff members to our supported browsers (linked above).

Note: Other browsers not listed here may work as well but they are not officially supported.
