If your organization restricts outbound or inbound traffic by IP address, you may need to allowlist the IP addresses LogicGate uses to communicate with your environment.
These IP addresses are shared.
LogicGate hosts multiple customers per region, so the IP addresses associated with your environment are not unique to your organization. They're shared with other customers hosted in the same region.
How to get your IP addresses.
Reach out to LogicGate Support and we'll provide the current IP addresses for your environment. We recommend allowlisting all of the addresses we provide, since traffic can come from any of them.
Do these addresses change?
The IP addresses are static and we don't expect them to change under normal circumstances. If we ever do need to change them, we'll notify you in advance so you can update your allowlist.
