The following file types are not supported by Risk Cloud. You will not be able to upload the following files to the Attachment Field:

Can I drag and drop an attachment from my e-mail directly to Risk Cloud?
With some email clients like Outlook and Gmail, you currently can't drag and drop directly into Risk Cloud or any web based applications without custom code or a 3rd party plugin. Some of these email clients don't use a standard drag and drop format which means that other web applications like Risk Cloud will not be able to recognize the drag and drop. The best way to do it is to download to your local drive and then drag and drop into Risk Cloud.
