Self-Directed Application Installation

Risk Cloud users can now install draft applications directly from the Risk Cloud Exchange (RCX). Simply navigate to RCX, select the application that you want to install, and click “Install Now” to install the application in your Risk Cloud environment in 3 minutes or less.

Key benefits:

• Quickly install application templates. Install applications in your Risk Cloud environment without having to reach out to your customer service representative first.
• Test new use cases. Simplify more of your processes by finding the right application template.
• Learn from other customers. See what has worked for other customers by downloading a customer-developed application.

For Risk Cloud Quantify Customers:

• USD Number Formatting: This feature allows user to configure number fields to display in either the existing format (decimal) or in USD ($). This will be reflected on the fields themselves, Table Reports, Layouts, and select Visual Report types including: line, area, bar, and scatterplot.
• Even Percentile Distribution: Rather than percents on the Loss Exceedance Curve being overly precise, the will instead be in even increments of 1% (i.e. 43.26% will become 43%)

Feature Updates

• For Risk Cloud Quantify Customers:
  • Analysis Report Currencies: With this feature, users will be able to run their Risk Quantification analysis report in EUR and GBP in addition to USD. In order to change the currency for your risk quantification application, edit the application. Then on the Quantify tab, you can choose a display formatting of USD, EUR, or GBP. This will be reflected in the analysis report. Number fields need to be updated separately.
• Risk Cloud admins will have the ability to deactivate a locked user account via the Risk Cloud Users page. User accounts become locked if they enter an invalid password > 5 times.
• Export your list of users as a .csv from the Admin > Users page. This export is separated by Active and Deactivated users and will export with search terms and sort settings that have been applied.

Small improvements have been made to the following:

• The HTML title tag of records will be updated to "LogicGate | Record {Primary Field Value}" so that it can be more meaningfully identified when a user has multiple tabs open with different records.
• Minor improvements to filtering in Risk Cloud Exchange (RCX) to make it clearer what filters are applied and easier to remove individual filters.
