Overview of Rich Text Assistant

The Rich Text Assistant is an AI Skill part of LogicGate AI capabilities to assist users with drafting and polishing rich text areas on the record. This feature uses generative AI to help you and your end users craft better content and make informed decisions based on intelligent suggestions.

 

How to Enable the Rich Text Assistant

To start using the Rich Text Assistant, administrators must first enable it in Admin > AI Control Center. For more information, visit LogicGate AI Overview

Using the Rich Text Assistant

Within the rich text editor toolbar, you'll notice two new buttons: the AI button and the magic wand button. The AI button opens a prompt textbox for open-ended questions, while the magic want button provides a menu of shortcut options for existing content.

The Rich Text Assistant is accessible in three key locations:

  1. Rich Text Sections: It aids builders in creating guidance for end-users, allowing them to complete their work efficiently.
    • Example Prompt: "For a cyber risk management application with risks, asset groups, threats, and vulnerabilities, write guidance for a risk assessor to complete a risk assessment."
  2. Rich Text Area Fields: It assists end-users in answering questions on their forms.
    • Example Prompt: "Based on this issue description, suggest action to be taken to mitigate: 'After conducting a due diligence assessment against vendor Acme Corp, we found the company is not ISO27001 certified; however, they plan to have this done by EOY.'"
  3. Jobs Email and Slack Messages: It helps builders draft notifications to their end-users.
    • Example Prompt: "Generate a risk notification for a risk assessor."
