Builder Side Panel

We are committed to enabling our Power Users and continue to evolve Risk Cloud's market-leading builder experience. After extensive research and testing with customers, we are excited to introduce the Builder Side Panel to the Canvas. Our goal is to simplify the configuration process - giving you quick access to the information and settings needed to efficiently design Applications, Workflows, and Steps.

Using the Side Panel

The side panel will serve as a consistent and intuitive way for you to interact with your Applications and Workflows. This panel will be open by default, but can be closed by clicking the collapse button in the top right corner.

When you need access to your Application's settings again, you can open the menu by clicking the expand button or the settings cog that previously contained these items.

To access Workflow settings, click on the background or settings cog of a Workflow. The panel content will change to allow you to modify the Workflow.

Please share any feedback you have with your account team so that we can continue to iterate and improve this functionality. Application settings are just the start as we work to deliver a consistent and streamlined experience across the entire build experience.

In the future, you will also have the ability to drill down to Step-level settings in future iterations of the side panel.
