The Linked Records Count field displays the number of linked records from a directly mapped workflow.
How to Create a Linked Records Count Field
- Navigate to the Step Builder for the workflow where you want to create the Linked Records Count field.
- Look for the "New Field" option under the "Workflow Fields" left side bar.
- Select "Linked Records Count" from the available new field options.
There must be at least one other workflow mapped directly to your current workflow to create a Linked Records Count field. Learn more about Workflow Mappings.
Once you have initiated the creation of your Linked Records Count field, you will need to specify which workflow you would like to get the number of linked records from. For example, from a Risk record, you may want to know the number of linked Risk Assessments:
Label Ranges
In addition to displaying the number of linked records, you can also display the number as a label. For example, you may want Risks without a linked Assessment to appear as “No Linked Assessments”:
