How to edit Workflow Step order
The Workflow Step order determines the order in which Steps are displayed within a Status Report or Job Editor. Additionally, if two or more Origin Steps exist in a Workflow, the Step order impacts the order in which these Steps are displayed in the Work Queue.
Step order can be edited in the Workflow Editor modal. Rearranging the Step order in the Workflow Editor modal will not impact the order of Steps in the Workflow itself.
How to edit Step order the Step
1. In the Application Canvas, right-click on the Workflow and click Edit Workflow.
2. Navigate to the "Steps" tab in the Workflow Editor modal.
3. Rearrange the Step order to the order by dragging and dropping Steps in the desired order.
4. Click Save Workflow once the Steps are arranged in the preferred order.
The new order will be reflected in Status Reports as seen in the image below:
The new order is also reflected in the order in which the Steps are presented in the drop-downs. The image below shows the order of Steps in the drop-down in the Jobs modal.
