Manage Live and Draft Applications

How to update the status of your Applications 

The Applications you see on the Build > Applications page are separated by Live and Draft.

These are defined as follows:

• Live Applications: Applications that are used with your organization's real data. These are Applications that have end-user interactions, contain business critical data, or are running key processes for your organization. A disruption to these Applications would impact your business or operations.

• Draft Applications: Application that are in a test, sandbox, or inactive mode.

To update an Application to Live or Draft, access the settings for Application by clicking the Gear icon to the right of the Application and selecting Edit.

Click the Live toggle to switch the status of an Application and click Save Application. Once you do this, your page will refresh and you'll see it'll now live within its new section on the Application page.

Draft applications can easily be identified with the DRAFT watermark in your Risk Cloud environment.
