Features

• Build Audit Log: We're excited to announce the first release of Build Audit Log, which will allow builders to export a .csv or .xlsx file of all the configuration changes made to a particular application. This includes the date and time of changes within the Application, visible through this feature to our Power Users. Please see the following articles for more information:

• Last 2 Days Table Report Filtering: We will now offer the ability to easily and quickly filter Table Reports by 'Last 2 Days'. This will allow you to see the most recent data for a given Report without having to manually set a date range Filter.    

• Table Report Refresh on Home Screen or Dashboard: You will now have the ability to refresh a Table Report without having to navigate to the Reports section of the Application. Within the Table Report embedded on your Home Screen or Dashboard, you can now refresh to see the most current data in real time. 

• Field Guidance: You can now choose to add Field guidance text as an optional step. The tooltip text entered here will be displayed if an end user hovers over i next to the Field in a form. Help text will be displayed below the Field Label to provide guidance to the end user.

• User Group View Enforced by Layouts: Users will no longer be able to see Records which are restricted to a User Group in Linked Records Sections or Relationship Reports if they are not part of said User Group.

• New Integration Capabilities with Ticket and HRIS Evidence Collectors: We now have many more Ticketing and HR integration options available for Users. These integrations can be added and enabled by an Admin for your environment.

• Record-Level Access in Right-Side Panel: Record-Level access will now be able to be managed via the stick right-side panel, making it easier for End Users to add Users and Groups as they are completing their record. This change comes with new conditional logic which will only show the Record-Level Access Panel if the workflow has the setting enabled to restrict record-level access.
• Comment Notification Improvements: We've added notifications on the comment side panel to alert end users that there are unread comments on the record! After a new comment is added, there will be a red dot next to the comments icon on the collapsed side panel.
