Custom Endpoint as API Evidence Source: With this release, Evidence Collection Automations with custom endpoints must have that custom endpoint established as an Evidence source first. Now you can set up and re-use a custom endpoint multiple times for multiple Controls. For further details on how you can create a custom Endpoint as Evidence Source, please see Create and Configure AEC Automations.
Display Primary Field name within Link to Existing Operation: Within Job Operations, use of the Link to Existing Operation will now result in the Primary Field name being displayed. This is an update to previous logic in which only the Record Name would be displayed. This will allow Users to sort linked Records more clearly based on the Primary Field between them. See this article for further details.
ABHS - Builders Can Set a Default Home Screen Across Application: We've made a major improvement to the settings available to Builders for Access-Based Home Screen (ABHS)! With this release, a User with Build access to an Application will now have the ability to set a default Home Screen for all Users across that App. This will allow our Admin Users to better control their End Users' Home Screen experience, and provide continuity across the Application. For more information, please see the Set Default Home Screen section of the Access-Based Home Screen article.
Expanded Expression Field when Creating/Editing Calculations: We've greatly expanded the Expression Field when customizing Calculations. This expanded Field will allow Users to see far more text within a single view, as well as provide the ability to scroll through the Field text with ease! Please see Creating Advanced Calculations for further details.
Reimagined Record Experience-Field Width Increase: For Applications defaulted to UXRI, all Fields have been widened. This is in an effort to both reduce white space in the view for your Users, as well as make all Field text simpler to read.
Data Repository Text Field Expanded: Within linked Data Repository Text Fields, you'll notice the Field space can now be expanded. This will increase the ease of use and allow Users to expand the Field to view the entire string of text within.
Build Audit Log-Optional Date Range (Back End): Within our Build Audit Log (BAL) functionality, you will now have the ability to utilize an optional Date Range parameter. This will allow you to export Audit Logs between specific start and end dates. Note that this feature is only available on the back end when exporting Audit Logs using the API Endpoint.
