- Data Repository Section Filtering: With this upgrade, it will be easier than ever to navigate, sort, and filter all findings by Section within our Data Repository.
- Improved Visual & Table Report Search Results: We have modified the search results for both Visual & Table Reports to be consistent with each other and show only relevant results to Users. Users will now see a list of Reports for which they have:

- Build Access to the Application used for the Primary Workflow or
- Step Permissions (read or edit) to at least one Step in the Primary Workflow

Note: This only impacts the list of Visual & Table Reports displayed to Users. It does not impact the data displayed in the Reports.
- Table Reports for Automated Evidence Collection: Users will now have the ability to view and identify all Records which contain Automated Evidence easily. This will enable the ability to add, edit, and update Control Records with Automated Evidence Collection automations. Users can now filter by the number of AEC automations, and add this metric to an existing Table Report.
- Field Guidance Enhancements: As mentioned in our April highlights, Users have the ability to add Field guidance text as an optional step. Adding to this functionality, Builders now have the ability to control when Field Guidance is visible or hidden. Please our Create a Field guidance for more details.
- Archived Records: Mark records as "Archived" and exclude from table and visual reports by default, helping users with recurring assessments filter out old records and prioritize on the most recent and relevant data.
