- Scoped Assessments - Supporting Many:Many Relationships: We've made updates to our Scoped Assessments feature which will allow you to create Scopes with Workflows that have many:many relationships. Please note that this means Records could appear multiple times in a given tree, and could have multiple assessment Records created for each context in which it appears. Please see Automate Assessment Scoping for further details.
- Automatic Workflow Descriptions: When creating a Workflow, you can provide a custom description to clearly explain its purpose. Workflow descriptions were introduced in March 2025. If you haven't provided a description, an automatic summary may be generated for some of your Workflows, helping you and others quickly understand how records move through them. You can always modify these descriptions to reflect what’s most useful. Please see Create a New Workflow for further details.
- Application Overview Page: We're excited to announce the introduction of our Application Overview Page! The Application Overview Page is designed to improve searchability and simplify navigation for Power Users and Builders. By consolidating key Application-specific objects into a single view, it eliminates the need to jump between multiple pages. Whether you're managing Reports, Jobs, or Permission Sets, the Application Overview Page serves as a centralized navigation hub, helping users move efficiently between build and administrative tasks. - Entered Step Date as System Field: Users will now be able to use Entered Step Date as a System Field in Table Reports, Visual Reports, Layouts, and Date Calculation fields. This field will reflect the date and time on which a record entered its current step.GRC Content. Please see System Fields and Date Calculation Fields for further details.
- Improved Naming of Attachments Downloaded from Table Reports: When attachments are bulk downloaded from Table Reports, the Primary Field (or Record Name) of the record will now be included in the downloaded file’s name. This will make it easier to sort and find these downloaded attachment files for our Power Users. Please see Export Data from Table Reports for further details.
- Assign Records within Preview Panel: We've updated the Header within Record Preview Panel, allowing for the ability to Assign and Check Out Records more easily! Please see Record Preview Panel for further details.

- June 2025 version of Australian ISM: Minor updates have been made to support the latest version of the Australian ISM. You can request the latest version through this form. Please note, SCF 2025.1.1 currently maps to the June 2024 version of the Australian ISM.
