Default Values to Accelerate Automated Evidence Collection Setup: When setting up a new evidence collection automation, specific fields will be pre-populated with a default value based on popular configuration settings. These fields can be changed during configuration:
- How often should evidence be collected? Quarterly
- Starting on: The next day 12:00PM (user’s local time)
- To whom should the record be assigned: No assignee
- How long should a user have to review this evidence: 1 week
- Application Copy Optimizations: The backend process of copying an Application has been divided into two steps to reduce the likelihood of timeouts when copying large Applications. This is strictly a performance update and does not impact the frontend, user experience.
- Records Tab on the Application Overview Page: You'll see a new tab for Records on the Application Overview page. This will provide Power Users a concise view of Application-specific Records with minimal additional navigation. Please see Application Overview for further details.
- Application-Specific Filter on Reports Pages: For both Table Reports and Visual Reports, we've added an Application filter. This will allow Power Users to filter their results so Reports pertaining to a specific Application can be viewed. Please see Work with Data in Table Reports for further details.
- Date Calculations in Visual Reports: Date Calculation Fields can now be be utilized in Visual Reports! Note that Date Calculation Fields must have Label Ranges enabled if using a Report type which requires discreet Field inputs. Please see Create Visual Reports for further details.
- Export a List of all Users in a Permission Set: Builders now have the ability to export a .csv of all Users in a Permission Set from Risk Cloud. This will be especially beneficial for the purposes of auditing and documenting access within the platform. Please see Permission Sets for further details.
