V. 2026.2.0
Features
- Spark AI Reporting Insights: Within our reporting tools, you can now automatically analyze data for quick insights, such as key talking points, notable outliers and commonalities, and areas of focus. Please see Spark AI Reporting Insights for further details.
- PDF Printing Enhancements: To address some formatting challenge when printing Records, we've improved our print preview logic to insert page breaks between section headers if the entire section is too big for the current page. The result is a printed Record that is much easier to read and navigate! Please see Print Records from Risk Cloud for further details.
- Attachment Preview-Yellow Banner Removed: When viewing attachment previews in Risk Cloud, there has historically been a yellow banner at the top of the preview. Based upon User feedback, this banner has been removed in order to minimize visual distractions.
- Spark AI Automated Evidence Collection Testing (AET): We are very excited to announce a new AI-fueled enhancement to our Automated Evidence functionality. AET, powered by Spark AI, automates control evidence reviews the moment files are collected. This will deliver immediate pass/fail/incomplete results with clear, evidence-based rationale, making it ready for human validation. By chaining agentic testing with Automated Evidence Collection, notifications, and remediation, teams can move from manual, to near-real-time insights that accelerate audit readiness and strengthen risk posture. Please see Spark AI Automated Evidence Testing for further details.
- Record Access Automation: UI Update and Multiple Select Fields: We’ve enhanced Record Access Automation (RAA) to make it more robust and easier to use. Builders will be able to configure up to six Select Fields for RAA, and configuration has been moved from the Side Panel to the Field Modal for a more streamlined experience. This update creates more space for managing multiple Fields within a single Workflow step, helping you set up and control access with greater flexibility and efficiency. Please see Enable Record Access Automation for further details.
- Summary Fields in Workflows as Default: In the Step Builder, when configuring a linked Workflow section in TR Mode, the Table Report dropdown will have a new item at the top of the list: "Default: Workflow Summary Fields". This will make it easier for Builder to default to these Summary Fields (if the Summary Fields are configured in the Workflow). Please see Set Summary Fields in Workflows for further details.
- Permission Enhancements within Table Reports: Today, many Builders have configured their Permissions in such a way that any User can create or edit a Table Report. To address this gap in Permissions, we have made it so a User can no longer change a Table Report used on the Step Builder. As of this change, Risk Cloud will only display the ability to edit or delete the Table Report to Users with Build entitlement.
