- Record Access Automation with User Groups: User Groups give you the ability to provide more detailed access to particular Records in your Application, similar to how Permission Sets allow you to restrict access on Steps. Please see Enable Record Access Automation for further details.
- Scoped Assessments - User Group Inheritance: Enhance Record-Level-Access functionality to support automatic tagging of User Groups from both parents during bulk Record creation. This will ensure access control alignment, allowing more detailed access management for Admins. The feature will apply to both Bulk Create & Link (BCaL) and Scoped Assessments, ensuring consistent behavior across both features. - Scoped Assessments - Custom Layouts: This update will allow Builders to select custom Layouts. This will allow you to display information about the scoping Records selected on the Confirm Scope screen , in addition to other custom layouts which can display the Created Assessment Records on the Record page. Please see Automate Assessment Scoping for further details.
- Job Conditions - Operations Groups for Job Triggers: This update to our Job logic introduces support for multiple condition groups within a single Job trigger. Each Group can independently evaluate its Conditions and execute its own set of operations, streamlining job setup and reducing redundancy. Please see Create Jobs for further details.
- Record Access Automation - Select Fields: This update to our RAA features allows you to dynamically add or remove a User Group to a Record based off of a user's selection in a specific select Field. At this time, those select Fields are: Risk Type, Assessment Cadence, Risk Group, and Risk Status. Please see Enable Record Access Automation for further details.
- Export Users in Roles: This update to our export capabilities will now allow the ability to export Users in Roles from Risk Cloud! This will be especially useful for the purpose of auditing and documenting access within the platform. Please see Create Roles for further details.
- Export Application Build Access: Similar to the above feature for exporting Roles, you can now export a list of Users with Application Build Access. Please see Control Build Access for Applications for further details.
