- Linked Workflows - Guidance Section: Within Linked Workflows and Relationship Reports, we have now added Guidance Sections. You can use this new field to positioning guidance closer to linked workflows/relationship reports, eliminating unnecessary scrolling and end user confusion. Please see Add a Linked Workflow Section to a Step Form for further details.

Control Framework - Record Prefix Cleanup: To prep for the upcoming release of the Gap Analysis feature, a one-time cleanup activity is being done to apply intuitive Record identifiers to commonly used Control Framework Workflows. The record prefix of some Control Framework Workflows will be updated to be more intuitive. For example, the prefix for SOC2 workflows will be updated from "TSC" to "SOC 2 Control". This will will help make Gap Analysis Reports more intuitive and these changes will be captured in the Build Audit Log.

- Control Framework - Primary Field Cleanup: Similar to the Record Prefix Cleanup feature in 2025.4.0, we have implemented a cleanup for Primary Fields in our 2025.4.1 release.

- Preview Panel from Table Reports: Similar to the preview feature within Step Builder, you can now choose to open the Preview Panel from Table Reports.
- Workflow Side Panel- Record Summary: On the Application canvas, each Workflow Side Panel now includes a Record Summary This summary includes how many Records are in the Workflow, how many are completed, and how many have been archived. Please see Connecting Workflows Together for further details.
- Export Roles: You will now have the ability to export a list of all Roles being used within an Application. This will be helpful for auditing purposes or at-a-glance knowledge of all Roles as needed. Please note that this export will only include the Roles themselves as this time, not Users. Please see Create Roles for further details.
- Automated Control Gap Analysis Tool: We are very excited to announce the release of our Gap Analysis Tool! This tool allows you to quickly build reports to identify overlapping coverage between control frameworks. These reports can be edited and exported at your convenience to identify any areas of redundancy, provided you have a Central Framework in use. Please see Create Control Gap Analysis Reports for further details.

- Operational Risk Management Application: Keep pace with risks across day-to-day operations with a holistic view of risk scores, control gaps, and the status of corrective actions. This Application helps you automate workflows for risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), corrective actions, and key risk indicator monitoring.
- SCF Update: SCF released a new version (2025.1.1) earlier this month. Our update includes new mappings to several control frameworks and regulations. Request the latest version of Risk Cloud Standards and Regulations Content through this form.

- Workday - Strategic Sourcing Risk Cloud Connector: Automatically pull new or recently updated suppliers from Workday. Push vendor assessment information, such as next assessment date or a pass/fail status, to Workday from Risk Cloud.
