Features

• Linked Workflows - Guidance Section: Within Linked Workflows and Relationship Reports, we have now added Guidance Sections. You can use this new field to positioning guidance closer to linked workflows/relationship reports, eliminating unnecessary scrolling and end user confusion. Please see Add a Linked Workflow Section to a Step Form for further details. 

• Control Framework - Record Prefix Cleanup: To prep for the upcoming release of the Gap Analysis feature, a one-time cleanup activity is being done to apply intuitive Record identifiers to commonly used Control Framework Workflows. The record prefix of some Control Framework Workflows will be updated to be more intuitive. For example, the prefix for SOC2 workflows will be updated from "TSC" to "SOC 2 Control". This will will help make Gap Analysis Reports more intuitive and these changes will be captured in the Build Audit Log.

• Export Attachments from Table Reports - Improved Naming Convention: When attachments are bulk downloaded from Table Reports, the Primary Field (Record Name) of the record will now be included in the downloaded file’s name. Note that at this time, the new naming convention will only apply to attachments bulk downloaded synchronously (downloaded immediately from the Table Report page). Please see Export Data from Table Reports for further details.

This Application helps you automate workflows for risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), corrective actions, and key risk indicator monitoring.

Integrations

• Workday - Strategic Sourcing Risk Cloud Connector: Automatically pull new or recently updated suppliers from Workday. Push vendor assessment information, such as next assessment date or a pass/fail status, to Workday from Risk Cloud.
