The launch of our Operational Risk Management Application sets new standards with workflow and data hierarchy best practices built right in. The Application is further supported by new automated assessment scoping capabilities, helping risk teams ensure the scoping process for each RCSA is more intuitive, less time-consuming, and more precise.
To ensure the right risks and controls are being managed, LogicGate has partnered with Crowe to offer a seamless integration experience with Crowe Risk Curator—a comprehensive catalog that establishes risk and process taxonomies, control libraries, and key indicators.
Automating Controls Management
Automated control gap analysis has been adopted by over 30% of LogicGate’s Controls Compliance customers to compare existing control sets to specific frameworks and standards. This immediate insight into control coverage has decreased the time it takes to identify and correct control gaps from hours to minutes. This intelligent feature is already helping LogicGate customers automatically uncover critical relationships between disparate data points. In just 90 days, Spark AI has helped LogicGate’s customer base identify nearly 1,900 linkages! Once records are linked, end-users can leverage the new preview panel to quickly access related insights that power their work, without navigating away from their current screen. As they complete tasks, they can easily tag in teammates or other functions through comment mentions, fostering collaboration and breaking down communication barriers.
Continuously Improving the Admin Experience
We're constantly striving to make the admin experience as intuitive, accessible, and powerful as possible. Notable enhancements include:
- The ability to automate granular record-level access by assigning access based on a field values, ensuring stronger control over data accessibility.
- Unprecedented flexibility in workflow automation with the ability to create multiple groups of conditional logic, each with their own set of unique operations on a single Job.
- Easily preview the impact of form edits directly from the no-code editor to significantly streamline change management, reducing errors and saving valuable time.
- Quickly access and edit application- and workflow-level settings with a new Builder side panel experience.
