- Spark AI Autofill: Spark AI Autofill allows you turn prompts and existing documentation into completed Records in seconds. If you upload a file, type a prompt (or use both!), Autofill will then analyze the content before populating the relevant Fields for you. This will reduce manual data redundancies, allowing for easier audit clarity. Please see Spark AI Autofill: Automatically Populate Record Fields with AI for further details. - Jobs Enhancement-Create Records with Default Values: Records created through the Create and Link to Job Operation can now be auto-populated with relevant information. A primary use case for this feature is auto-creating findings based on responses to a vendor questionnaire. The following field types will be supported in the first iteration of this feature: Text, Text Area, Radio, Select. Please see Job Record Operations for Advanced Automations for further details.
- Rich Text within Side Panel Descriptions of Applications, Workflows, Steps: Description Fields within Side Panel for Applications, Workflows, and Steps will now support Rich Text! You have the ability to embed links, embolden text, and organize bulleted lists within the Side Panel Description Fields, ensuring that relevant information and documentation can be clearly organized alongside the Application canvas. - Status Column for Record-Level Jobs History: A Status column has been added to the Record-level Jobs History modal, which can be viewed from the Record page. This makes it easier for users to identify when a Job last fired for a specific Record and whether any Job operations were executed.
- Current Date in Date Calculation Fields: We are very excited to announce that you can now select Current Date as an input for Date Calculation Fields! This will make it easier than ever to tracks days since an event, or duration a Record has been in a particular Step. Please note that Current Date as an input is only available in Date Calculation Fields at this time. Please see Date Calculation Fields and Advanced Date Calculation Fields for further details.
- AEC Custom Endpoints Expansion: We’ve enhanced our Automated Evidence Collection (AEC) Custom Endpoints to support more complex and modern APIs. You can now choose HTTP request types (GET, POST, PATCH), include request bodies, and configure multiple headers for advanced authentication and API configurations (e.g., OAuth, versioning). We also added controls to enable or disable endpoints, giving teams better ways to manage custom endpoints. - New AEC Connectors-KnowBe4 & Splunk: We’ve added two new out-of-the-box AEC connectors: KnowBe4 for pulling security awareness training evidence and Splunk for capturing alert configurations and triggered alert activity. These integrations make it easier to automate evidence collection across more of your security stack. Please see Setting Up Evidence Source: KnowBe4 for further details.

Edit Workflows in Table Reports: We have made it easier to edit the workflows in Table Reports. You now can add or remove workflows from existing Table Reports to adjust Table Reports to show the exact data you are looking for. It will also warn you if your updates will impact existing associated Visual Reports. Please see Create Table Reports for further details.

NIST 800-53 Rev 5.2.0: NIST recently rolled out a minor update, bringing their SP 800-53 to version 5.2.0. This includes three new controls and minor updates to a few fields. You can find details about what has changed here and, as usual, you can request the latest version through this form.
