- Summary Fields for Workflows: Summary Fields are a new Workflow setting which allows users to designate up to five Fields that best describe Records in a Workflow. These will later be used to drive the creation of pre-built Reports. More improvements for this feature are expected to be released later this year! Please see Set Summary Fields in Workflows for further details.
- Automated Evidence Collection-Enhanced Filtering for Ticketing & HRIS Evidence Sources: You can now sort Ticketing and HRIS evidence sources by filters such as Employment Status, Date Ranges, Projects, Teams, and Labels. This enhancement gives you better control over what evidence is collected, reducing manual work and tailoring the evidence view to your compliance needs. - Automated Evidence Collection-UX: Export AEC Details for Reporting: AEC details can now be exported as XLSX or CSV files, providing a complete view of configurations, Parent Record linkages, and collection history. This export can prove very useful for Admins when gathering Reporting data. Please see How to Report on Automated Evidence Collection (AEC) Details in Risk Cloud for further details.
- Controls Content-Framework Details Page: Users will now be able to drill down into individual Frameworks from the Controls Page. The Framework Details Page provides a centralized view of a single Framework, including an overview description and an out-of-the-box Report on the Records which make up the Framework. Please see Control Frameworks in Risk Cloud for further details.
- Filter Table Reports by User/Assignee Activation Status: You can now filter Table Reports in Risk Cloud based on whether the User or Assignee is an Active or Deactivated User. This will help with Administrative organization by allowing Power Users to see all Records assigned to Deactivated Users. Please see Filter Table Reports for further details.

ISO27018:2025 Now Available: The 2025 edition has been aligned with the updated ISO/IEC 27002:2022, ensuring consistency across standards. It also includes a new Annex B, offering extended implementation guidance.You can request the latest version through this form. Please note:
- We will not be providing a delta file, as the structure has changed significantly.
- SCF has not released mappings to this version yet. SCF 2025.2.2, the most recent SCF version, currently maps to ISO27018:2019.
