Ability to Search for Slack Users
Getting Slack messages to the right people is now even easier! When creating Slack job messages and selecting users that you want to receive the message you can now search for those users by name or username.
Easily see Record Status with Alert Icons
Now, easily find records that are almost due or overdue. You'll see a yellow warning icon next to due dates for records due within 7 days. You'll see a red alert icon for records that are overdue and not completed.
Limits on Draft Applications
In May, we introduced unlimited draft Applications to allow you to build and test new use cases in Risk Cloud separate from your production-ready live applications.
If a Workflow in your draft Application has over 20 records already, you will see a banner on your record pages notifying you of the number of records in your workflow and a modal alert that you've exceeded your record limit for that draft Application.
You may continue editing this new record, but it is recommended that you consider upgrading the application to live or reset your workflows to remove some of your test records.
Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions about what it means to change an Application to live.

Note on Due Date Jobs
Due date jobs now fire exclusive of the period end time.
Example: A record with a due date of 12:00pm + a job with a 1 hour execution period, 1 hour frequency, and 1 hour period end. This record/job combination will fire at 11:00am (1 hour before the due date) and 12:00pm (a frequency of 1 hour.) It will not fire at 1:00pm because that is the same time as the period end (due date + 1 hour) and jobs now fire exclusive of the period end time.
