v.2023.8.1
Features
- Ability to Preview Attachments from Table Reports: Now users will have the ability to preview attachments from Table Reports without having to download and open them. Previewing will be supported for the following file types: Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, CSV, MS Powerpoint), PDF, and Images (.png, .jpeg). Users will still have the option to download attachments when necessary!
-
Access Based Home Screen Enhancements
- Increase in the maximum number of Reports per Dashboard: The number of Reports per Dashboard has increased from 10 to 30! Table Report-based home screens with more than 10 Table Reports can now be converted directly to an ABHS without removing any Table Reports.
- The ABHS migration deadline will be extended from 8/31 to 9/30: To provide teams more time to implement the increase in maximum Reports per Dashboard, the migration timeline has been extended. Admin users will see the new deadline reflected in the yellow migration banner on applications with Table Report-based Home Screens. More information on getting started with the migration can be found here.
- Use Date Calculation Outputs in Conditions: Users can now use the outputs of Date Calculations to drive conditions across the platform, including: Field Conditions, Subsection and Section Conditions, Job Conditions, and Path Conditions.

v.2023.8.0
Features
- Expanded Options for Relative Date Filters on Table Reports: When using a relative date filter with the DATE RANGE operation there are now options to choose between several time intervals both before and after the Current Date, such as Next Thirty Days or Last Sixth Months. More information on filtering Table Reports can be found here.
- Auto-Collapse Table Reports on Access Based Home Screens: Users will have the ability to toggle whether Table Reports on their home screen are collapsed or expanded by default. This toggle will only be available for applications which have migrated to the Access Based Home Screens feature. The new toggle can be accessed by end users in the Update Home Screen modal, underneath the "Display My Work Table" toggle. The toggle selection is user- and application-specific, which means that a user's selection will not impact the toggle for other users or applications. It works as follows:
-
- When a user toggles Auto-Collapse Table Reports off, all Table Reports on their selected home screen will be auto-expanded by default.
- When a user toggles this switch on, all Table Reports on their home screen will be auto-collapsed by default, except for the last Table Report they had expanded. This is to allow them to easily identify the last Table Report they had expanded before navigating away from the home screen and back. If the user has not expanded any Table Reports, the first Table Report will be expanded by default. The default state of the toggle is on (i.e., auto-collapsed).
