An explanation of your Work Queue and how to view and access existing records
The Work Queue is where you can go to create, view, or work on Records in Risk Cloud. The Work Queue can be accessed by navigating to Work > Work Queue with the menu.
Select the appropriate Application from the drop-down.
The Work Queue is divided into sections based on the Workflows constituting the Application. For example, the Work Queue for the Enterprise Risk Management Application has three sections since the Application consists of three Workflows.
Each section displays the Records in the Workflow that a user has access to view or edit. You can click on the name of the Record (in blue) to enter the Record to begin performing work on it. If you have access to create a Record in a Workflow, you will see a blue button in the upper right-hand corner of a Workflow section that enables you to do so.
Work Queue Filters
You can reduce the number of Records you see in the Work Queue with the help of five filters:
My Work: This shows any Records that is currently assigned to you.
Available Work: This shows any Records that are not currently assigned to anyone, and you have access perform work on.
Completed Work: This shows any Records that have already been completed either by you or others.
My Previous Work: This shows Records you have previously worked on.
Created By Me: This shows Records you have created.
