- MS Teams Authorization Upgrade: For those utilizing the MS Teams integration with Risk Cloud, there is an authorization upgrade now available. Upgrade to OAuth 2.0 to enhance security, improve user experience, and align with modern authentication standards. - Automated Evidence Collection Home Page: The Evidence Automations Home Page acts as the central hub for managing and monitoring all Automated Evidence Collection (AEC) processes within your organization. This intuitive dashboard provides a clear and comprehensive overview, including details on control types, evidence source systems, collection statuses, and scheduling—ensuring complete visibility at a glance. - Export Permission Sets: If you would like to view your Permission Sets outside of Risk Cloud, you can now export them from the Build > Access page. Click the button at the bottom of the list to download a CSV of Permission Sets. Please see Permission Sets for further details.
- Use Linked Records Count in Jobs: Last month we introduced a new Field which will allow you to easily see the number of Linked Records within a Workflow. This Field value can now be used as a condition and pill in Jobs. Please see Linked Record Count Fields for further details.
- UXRI: Record History in Side Panel: For those utilizing our Reimagined UXRI, you will now find Record History located within the Builder Side Panel. This will include recent Record events and Field Value Updates. Please see View Record History for further details.

SIG Lite and SIG Core 2025 Updates: While the 2025 content updates are fairly minor when compared to 2024, two notable changes include:
- Risk Cloud customers now have access to the SIG Core Assessment as a whole, covering all 21 domains. This includes questions corresponding to Privacy, ESG, and AI.
- The SIG Core Assessment will now include built-in risk scoring based on values and calculations associated with each response.
- Policy & Procedure Management Solution Success Kit: This kit includes a suite of resources to help you explore, customize, and mature your Policy & Procedure Management Solution.
